F'Ever is the story of four people living alternate realities within the same city. Josh Rilliette was an independant musician of local reknown until his band Rain's album, A Letter to My Heroes went multi-platinum over the course of the current tour back to Chicago.

Sam and Lindsay's relationship fell apart somewhere in Vegas. Before it did, they were able to buy cheap tickets for what is now universally expected to be an iconic event in the history of American music. With no way out, even though the relationship is over, they're bound to follow through on their meeting. But what kind of shape will they be in come New Year's Eve?

Jessie never wanted a big town. But she packed up her things and wound up in one all the same. Now she's scraping by on minimum wage, during an economic recession, in Chicago at a time when The City is trying to capture the Olympics, has produced a president, and is on the verge of hosting a musical event on a scale she is not aware of, but will soon find it impossible to avoid.

F'Ever follows one man's life-long quest for peace in a chaotic existence and three people's search for solid ground. Join me here every week leading up to the book's official release as I produce excerpts and give commentary on the story's development.
